Pedro and his crew did an awesome job of mounting two TVs and a bunch of other fixtures in the house. He was clean, efficient and communicated well. Will be working with him again soon.

We got our apartment painted by Pedro. He did awesome job. Started and finished work as per committed timeline. Also fixed few things without any hesitation. For any such job I’ll definitely hire him. I highly recommend Pedro.

Pedro recently completed some roof and eave repairs prior to an exterior painting. He really seems to know a lot about all facets of construction so when he says he can fix things to your satisfaction, you can trust him to do it right. The fact that Pedro is such a nice person to work with is an extra bonus. I would highly recommend him.

Best company there is. Pedro Avelar is one of the hardest workers out there without a doubt. Every job is done carefully, perfectly, and with much care. Not only are the job’s done amazingly, the customer service is just as good. He will always make sure the job is done and you end up with a big smile on your face.

I have done many projects with Pedro and his team over the span of many years. I find Pedro to be honest, timely, and priced fairly. Pedro and his crew put new steps and built the reinforcements and support to our stairway and replaced the cracked wood and steps, then painted everything & added texture to steps. Everything turned out perfect & impeccable! I couldn’t be happier with their work! ! And they did cosmetic repair to another stairway – some step edges that were chipped and to 3 interior door frames that had been deeply bashed by tenants. Pedro saved my doorframes and other stairway – excellent work!

and patching and adding texture to the stucco ( perfectly), then painted beautifully when finished.

He also was nice enough to help me with water heater drainage dilemma with his great knowledge and thoughtful detailed thinking.

They also made themselves 3 doors from scratch for the exterior of our building. They look beautiful and function very well! Makes our building look much nicer and great door design!:)
